Cannellini bean puree

Core Ingredients

  • 1 tin cannellini beans

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk

  • 1 stock cube (or 1 tsp stock)

  • 2 tbsp grated hard cheese (Parmesan)

  • 10ml oil (lemon, truffle infused is double bean plus)

  • 1/4tsp tumeric for colour

  • salt

Bonus Ingredients
Add a tsp of spices of your choice to theme sauce to match meal (eg: curry powder for curry; rosemary for lamb; horseradish or mustard for beef or pork)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients (other than oil) and bonus seasoning in thermomix, heat 60, ten minutes, speed 4

  2. Once beans have begun to break down add oil and bonus spices

  3. puree until smooth, add water for thinner mix if desired
