Cannellini bean puree
Core Ingredients
1 tin cannellini beans
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 stock cube (or 1 tsp stock)
2 tbsp grated hard cheese (Parmesan)
10ml oil (lemon, truffle infused is double bean plus)
1/4tsp tumeric for colour
salt
Bonus Ingredients
Add a tsp of spices of your choice to theme sauce to match meal (eg: curry powder for curry; rosemary for lamb; horseradish or mustard for beef or pork)
Method
Mix all ingredients (other than oil) and bonus seasoning in thermomix, heat 60, ten minutes, speed 4
Once beans have begun to break down add oil and bonus spices
puree until smooth, add water for thinner mix if desired
